Lost.

I don't know what's happening, Tt day I lost my ability to write, my hand can't stop trembling. 

Following day, it seems like my sense of taste began to lost as well.. 

Today I almost forgot what day is today? I have to check my calendar and ask my friend.

I need to stop, drinking everyday.
